I tried Joe Wick’s trending masala omelette recipe and now it’s my favorite high-protein breakfast

Those who know me know I’m obsessed with eggs—they even buy more when I come to stay because I eat so many. My staple weekday breakfast for the last few months has been scrambled tofu and eggs with a sprinkling of flaxseeds and soy sauce, but it’s starting to get boring and I’ve been looking for a high-protein alternative.

So when I saw this trending masala omelette recipe by certified trainer Joe Wicks I was keen to try it out. I’ve got most of Wicks’s cookbooks and some of his Lean in 15 recipes are still my absolute favorites, so I had a hunch this masala omelette was going to be good, too.
