Nvidia’s DLSS 4 is now available for over 175 PC games and apps. The AI-powered frame boosting tech will also be available at launch on upcoming games like Borderlands 4 and Resident Evil Requiem, with the latter receiving path tracing. Needless to say that if you own one of the best gaming PCs packing an Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series GPU, you’re going to enjoy enhanced performance and visuals on some of the best PC games.

“DLSS 4 and path tracing are no longer cutting-edge graphical experiments — they’re the foundation of modern PC gaming titles,” said Matt Wuebbling, vice president of global GeForce marketing at Nvidia, in a press release. “Developers are embracing AI-powered rendering to unlock stunning visuals and massive performance gains, enabling gamers everywhere to experience the future of real-time graphics today.”

DLSS 4 uses AI to generate up to three frames for every traditionally rendered frame. Thanks to this technology, you can see performance boosts of up to eight times over normal rendering. On top of Multi Frame Generation, games with DLSS 4 also support DLSS Super Resolution, Ray Reconstruction, and Nvidia Reflex technologies, which also help deliver performance gains and more responsive gameplay for all RTX 50-series users.
