Khloé Kardashian’s Plastic Surgery Breakdown
Kardashian’s reveal came in the comments of an Instagram post for a London-based aesthetic clinic. In honor of her birthday over the weekend, they’d created a reel discussing her “transformation” and everything they thought she’d had done.
“I take this as a great compliment,” the Good American founder wrote in the comments. “First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.”

To start, the 41-year-old said she’d had a nose job with the Beverly Hills-based “rhinoplasty pioneer” Dr. Kanodia. Then, she underwent laser hair removal for her hairline “and everywhere else” at SEV Laser. Then, she had Botox and Sculptra where her face tumor was removed in her cheek at 7Q Spa in Glendale.

The list continued with soft wave laser for skin tightening. Then filler, which she said she’s had in the past but isn’t currently doing. “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down.” She adds that she lost 80 pounds over the years “slow and steady” with fitness trainer Coach Joe Paris, had collagen baby threads (a non-surgical “facelift” treatment that helps boost natural collagen) underneath her chin and neck at The Things We Do, and salmon sperm facials, regular facials, peptides, vitamins, and other daily skin care.
“In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors,” she added with a wink emoji.
