At the main villa, the boys now each officially recouple with one of the new girls: Grayson, Clarke, Coco, Jaden, and Vanna. At Casa, the girls recouple with new boys: Zak, Zach, Bryan, JD, Chris, and Elan. Amaya and TJ are both left single after the Casa recoupling, and they have 24 hours to form a new connection or risk being dumped. The biggest twist of all is that, after a few days, everyone will be coming back to the main villa to stay. (Probably not for very long, because the villa only has so many beds, but still.)

Not only does everyone get the opportunity to explore new connections, but we’re about to see the whole dynamic of the villa get flipped upside down. Think about it. How are the OG boys going to react to the new boys? Will the original girls be able to extend their “sisterhood” pact to the new girls? How will Ace feel about Chelley talking to another guy? Could Taylor decide he likes one of the new girls better than Olandria?

Already, we’re seeing even the relatively “strong” couples get to know the new bombshells in a serious way. Depending on how everyone couples up, there’s a possibility that a large number of Day One Islanders will be dumped from the Island at once, which almost never happens on this show.

Let’s be honest. For a while now, fans on social media have been complaining about this year’s cast of men, in particular. Several, jokingly or not-so-jokingly, have suggested the producers swap out the entire cast of men for a whole new set. Now, the show was obviously never going to just replace a whole cast of dudes. But, with this particular Casa Amor, Love Island USA may just have its most consequential dumping yet.
