Nordic Walking Is The Best Exercise For Heart Health, Says Study


Functional capacity of the participants was measured with a walk test at the baseline, six weeks, and 12 weeks to see how their respective exercise affected their health and quality of life, and at the end of the study, it was Nordic walking participants who most significantly improved in both quality of life and the distance covered in their walking test.
