Selena Gomez’s Rose Water Manicure Is Summer Perfection

I’ve been enjoying myself this summer, but it’s been hard to fully embrace the heat without some Selena Gomez content to dig into. Save for the casual shaggy bang surprise or Wizards of Waverly Place reboot shoutout, the 32-year-old has been fairly offline. Happy for her, sad for me.

But now, we’ve finally been offered another glimpse at her pretty face—and an equally gorgeous new manicure. On Monday, July 7, Gomez took to Instagram to share some insight into a new Rare Beauty launch, which she showed off with the prettiest rose water nails.

Medium-long and almond shaped, each of Gomez’s famous fingernails was painted the same gorgeous sheer pink shade with an ultra-glossy, jelly-like finish. They fit this summer’s rose water nail trend to a tee.

I have a feeling the manicure was the work of Gomez’s go-to nail artist, Tom Bachik. Though he hasn’t revealed the shade he used (and there’s no rose water jelly polish in his Click Colors repertoir), you can always go with Manucurist’s Active Glow Polish in Raspberry or Cirque Colors’ Rosewater Jelly.

Rare Beauty’s Lip Gloss

Once your manicure is done, you’re obviously going to need to match it with your lip gloss. (We call that a beauty “sandwich,” by the way.) Gomez’s product of choice is the new Positive Light Luminizing Lip Gloss, which launches tomorrow on the Sephora app. You’ll be able to get it everywhere else soon.

“This is the new @rarebeauty I showed you a couple months ago,” wrote the star on Instagram. “Shimmery, glassy, and hydrating with zero stickiness (my favorite part!). Wear it in the car, on a boat, on the beach, on your couch, WHEREVER. I love you all and appreciate you!”
