Taylor Swift Gave Travis Kelce the Sweetest DIY Nail Art

In Taylor Swift’s 2020 Netflix documentary, Miss Americana, the superstar made an announcement that even the most seasoned Swiftie sleuths probably weren’t anticipating: she’d gotten really good at doing nail art.

While giving Todrick Hall a manicure, Swift said she began practicing the art when she realized “that I really like having cute nails, but I really can’t go in public.”

Five years later, it looks like Salon Swift is still in business for friends and family. I wonder if there’s a boyfriend discount for Travis Kelce?

Thanks to an Instagram post shared Thursday, July 24 by her beau, we’re getting a peek at what Swift has been up to the past few months. Nail art is still a passion when she’s out of the public eye, from what we can see.

If you zoom in really well on the first picture in the carousel—a shot of Swift and Kelce wearing white and posing in matching captain hats—you can see what looks like a tiny cherry design on the football player’s left middle finger. Besides the little decal, his nails are short and buffed.

“Had some adventures this offseason,” he wrote in the post’s caption. Fishing, boating, dining, and nail art included.

Swift, for her part, seemed to be wearing a shimmery purple polish in the photo. In another shot, it looked like a metallic gold was going on.

She paired both shiny nail sets with breezy white outfits: a lacy tank top and buttoned trousers for the first and an eyelet dress for the second. The tank look came complete with her signature bright red lipstick while the dress received a softer approach with a rosy shade.
