Harad improves metabolism and relieves of constipation. Senna leaves are proven laxative. The high Vitamin B content of Moringa helps with digestion. Triphala is a powerful herbal remedy to treat a number of symptoms constipation and inflammation.
Health Benefits: This tea improves digestion and promotes weight loss when consumed regularly. Also, you can add honey and lemon to make it tastier.
Brewing Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the tea and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas (tea bags or whole leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.
